Privacy Policy

The short version

OpenQuadro Community Edition is a static, offline-first application. It has no server, no accounts, and no analytics. We do not collect, store, or transmit your data — because there is nowhere for it to go. Everything you create stays on your device.

Data we collect

None. OpenQuadro Community Edition runs entirely in your browser. There is no backend, no login, and no telemetry built into the application. We do not know who uses it, what boards are created, or what data they contain.

Local storage

The boards, lists, and other content you create are saved using your browser's local storage (localStorage / IndexedDB), directly on your device. This data never leaves your browser unless you explicitly export it. Clearing your browser data or site data will remove it permanently — export regularly if you want a backup.

Third-party services on this website

This marketing website (not the app itself) loads two third-party resources to render correctly:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — serves the Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces used across the site.
• Tailwind CSS (cdn.tailwindcss.com) — serves the CSS framework used to style the site.

Loading resources from these domains may expose your IP address to Google and to the Tailwind CDN operator, subject to their own privacy policies. No OpenQuadro-specific data is shared with them.

Cookies

This website and the OpenQuadro application do not set any cookies.

Children's privacy

Since no data is collected by OpenQuadro Community Edition, there is no data collected from children or any other users.

Future paid tiers

Future versions of OpenQuadro (Personal, Pro, Team) may introduce optional cloud sync, accounts, or collaboration features that involve processing data on a server. Should that happen, this policy will be updated and a separate policy will apply to those specific features before they are enabled for your account.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised and the change will be noted in the project's GitHub repository.
